Oliver Palmers
Oliver Palmers has been flying the kite since he was eight years old. Kiting has become an essential part of his life ever since. What fascinates him most about snowkiting is the three-dimensionality of sport: "Suddenly you feel like a superhero. You have this power and can suddenly jump up to 10 meters high, or use the kite as a paraglider and fly down the mountain".
In 2008 Oliver won the World Tour. For years, he has been passing on his enthusiasm for this sport to others at his snowkite school on Lake Neusiedl, Austria.
